Issue/Introduction

Patch failed to install on agent:

Also tried to install it manually from the Package Delivery folder, but again it failed:

C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\SoftwareManagement\Software Delivery\{Package GUID}\Cache

Windows Event Viewer logs included the following:

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070070: Security Update for Windows (KB5004238).

Resolution

Based on the 0x80070070 error in the Event Viewer Logs, we increased the free space on C:\ drive per the following Microsoft article and this resolved the problem:
