Previously Successful API Calls Are Now Timing Out

Resolution

We are serving up data for every request that comes in with an HTTP status of 200.  AND we don't see any Errors or Failures.  We just stop receiving requests.

After checking the logs in splunk for the user's remote host (IP address - 20.41.x.xx) we found that the IP was in a block of IP's that Microsoft owns.

The user contacted Microsoft to resolve this issue.
