UIM Distribution Tool Crashing when Scheduling

Issue/Introduction

The distribution tool found at IM > Tools > Distribution crashes when 'Enable scheduling' is selected and Finish is clicked. 

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

Cause

Unknown, it is only happening in client environment and internal testing was not able to reproduce the problem. 

Resolution

Select a Time that is between 19:00 & 23:59.
