We requested the purge of alarms that was there due to an integration between DOI & Servicenow (DEV instance). When the alarms are ingested again from UIM and Solarwinds after the alarm purge in DX OI. It is still showing the Incident numbers and links to the DEV ServiceNow instance. It seems that we need to purge the Incident Management table as well. For all new alerts which are triggered post the integration it is triggering the INC to Prod ServiceNow.
