DDTRSLM TRANSF file header shows FORMAT 15.0 even if running 15.1

The header of the TRANSF file generated by DDTRSLM EXPORT using Datacom 15.1 MUF and libraries shows:

TRANSPORT UTILITY VERSION 15.1 DD 15.1 DB 151 M FILE FORMAT 15.0 

Is it correct that the FORMAT still shows 15.0?
