CEM data was missing from may 1st.

Issue/Introduction

CEM is missing data for 1st, 2nd and 3rd May in our DC2 environment. When we extracted the data in the first week of May we could get the data for all the dates but now when we check it is showing blank.

APM 10.7 SP3
Component APMITG 

Resolution

Customer has patching up their postgres machine, because of the 9.2 postgres data directory got enabled and CEM data went to the 9.2 database where as the current CEM configured with 9.6.
