Optional Uproc launches slow in scheduled task

Issue/Introduction

When using a session which has a lot of optional tasks (minimum of 2 optional tasks serialized), optional tasks are launched with a delay of 30s minimum.

 

Environment

Release : 6.10

Component : DOLLAR UNIVERSE

Cause

It's due to the cycle of the launcher.
Those optional tasks were not supposed to run, so they are flagged as 'deleted'.
But the cycle doesn't deal with them straight ahead as it should.

Forcing the cycle again solves this.

Resolution

Workaround: Create fake jobs waking up the launcher on a regular basis.
ie : if you have plenty of scheduled jobs during your session execution it will naturally wake up the launcher and not provokes this issue.

Resolution: Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
