In Xflow interface we do not have option to create and submit knowledge.
-> In regular GUI interface within the ticket we can go to Activities -> Solution and submit Knowledge document
-> Xflow has very limited features, unlike regular GUI it doesnt have ability to launch new window to submit solution.
