Issue/Introduction

EEM LDAP Bind failed using SSL connection to LDAP.

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

EEM 12.51.2.11

Cause

Problem with ldap connect string and password.

Resolution

Setting the Protocol field in the Connection Settings to LDAPS and using the correct  password resolved issue.Changing the LDAP password helps get past any password challenging issues.
