CCTCPSTM may be invalid with Connect:Direct V6.0

Issue/Introduction

I have noticed that the CCTCPSTM appears to be invalid in most observations in our CDZCCT file.  We have converted our Connect:Direct nodes to V6.0 from V5.2 over the last 6 to 12 months or so.  I have looked at four months of history and the problem existed that far back.  I can't say for sure that the issue started with V6.0 but I suspect it may have.  I have looked at the V5.2 and V6.0 documentation which indicates there were changes to Statistics records including the "CT" but the only difference in the sample SAS code ("SDGAMAP(DGAACTR)") to read the "CT" record is the addition of the IBM copywrite comments. Also, the base variable (CTCPU) is not referenced in the ARS Statistics record layout in either version Facilities guide. Possibly the use of that offset changed with v6.0? All the other CPU related variables from General Purpose Extension (GPE1D) look to be reasonable.
