After upgrading EEM, was unable to login to CA Embedded Entitlements Manager webpage using eiamadmin account

Resolution

Steps to resolved issue.

Edit \CA\SC\iTechnology\igateway.conf

In section <JVMSettings>

Change <javahome> property to the folder name that contain the actual JRE.

Restart the CA iTechnology iGateway 4.7 service.
