When creating project from a template in MUX it creates draft status report

Issue/Introduction

When creating project from a template in MUX it creates draft status report which can be seen under Status Report grid tab

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Create or use an existing template, just ensure it does not have any status reports in it.
2. Attempt to create project using New From Template
3. Once project is created click on Status Report tab and observe status report in the Draft status listed with this naming convention "Status Report_2021-07-23 10:54:30"

Expected Results: It should not create status report

Actual Results: it is creating status report in the Draft status

Workaround: Manually delete it
