On the General tab, the processes are not providing any information. When running processes I am not able to see the process counter increase. I modified one of our processes and checked the notification boxes and it did not change anything. Is there an additional configuration item that we need to configure that would list the processes that have run, through the General tab?

On the Clarity Process "Step: Start" enable the following notifications, under Send Notification check the following items:
1) When step action is performed
2) When step action is in error
- Please note, if you're testing the process counter on the general page, please keep in mind when making any changes to existing processes without putting the process in Draft mode you will not be able to make changes. Once you put the process in Draft mode and click the notification buttons and selected the recipient to Send the Notification to, then everything should work as expected and the Process counter will increment.
Post running the process go to the General page and under General the Processes value will increase value and by clicking on the value brings you to the process notification that got triggered.
