Conversation on a task fills more than one page, then unable to see conversations below

Issue/Introduction

Task conversations do not appear to scroll to the bottom of the conversations if you have a large list.

You cannot scroll to the bottom of the conversations.

Environment

Release : 15.8.1

Component : Clarity MUX UI Usability

Cause

This appears to happen in 15.8.1 where the scroll bar does not resize to accommodate larger frame.

Resolution

This does work correctly in 15.9.2 and above.
