CEMETOM task fails to start with condition code 102

Issue/Introduction

Maintenance was applied to CA-Top Secret in the QA environment (two LPARs - QUAA & QUAB) requiring an IPL of both LPARs.   

CA-CEM runs in both environments.   

After the IPL, CEM started without issues on QUAA but on QUAB, CEMETOM will not start.

All of the other CEM tasks start without issues.

Resolution

The problem was that the permissions on the QUAB /tmp directory were insufficient. 

Changing the permissions to 777 and Tomcat was able to start.
