Legend values/colors are not matching chart value/colors

Issue/Introduction

When using the FilterLegend values/colors are not matching chart value/colors on a Chart 

For example-
12 colors are defined and GREEN is first and RED is 5th.  In a pie chart if Won status value needs to be green that needs to be the first result in the list and Lost records need to come in 5th to be red.  When filtering for ONLY Lost records this resets the order as Lost records will show up 1st in the result set and appear as Green.

Cause

The colors of the attributes can be assigned differently as the number of records in the result set change because they get assigned in a round-robin fashion based on the sort order. Filtering could affect the colors assigned, for instance.
