MUX Attributes CSV export not able to export in Administration

Issue/Introduction

Trying to export the Attributes list on Modern User Experience (New UX) -> Administration -> Attributes modules results in error.  When exporting an attribute list with a high count, in the Modern UX, the job fails - API-1003. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Clarity 
2. Navigate to New UX, Administration, Attributes 
3. Click on the "Export to CSV" Icon 

Expected Results: Export to CSV of attributes run as a job with a high attribute count succeed.

Actual Results: Export to CSV of attributes run as a job with a high attribute count FAILS.

Cause

DE61998 

Workaround:  Run with a filter to reduce row count < 500 rows. 

Resolution

Fixed in Release 16.0.0
