Milestone tasks not appearing on a project's top bar and task Timeline view

Issue/Introduction

The Milestones are not appearing on the Project bar top view for one project. Also not able to view the milestones from the Tasks details Timeline view.

Environment

Release : 15.9.2

Component : CLARITY PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Cause

This can be due to an issue related to a constraint on table temp_wbs_global_session_u1

Resolution

Check to see if the Classic Gantt is blank / missing all tasks. If yes, see Gantt "ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "temp_wbs_global_session_u1" for steps to resolve the issue with milestones or tasks missing on the timeline view. 

If there is still an issue with milestones not appearing on the project bar, check for any dates on the project, tasks, or staff being set out far in the future.
