Issue/Introduction

Getting the following error in the Portal when trying to do a forgotten Password:

 

with the following showing up in the log file:

Cause

This was being caused by the Management Console setting "Generate WSDL in WS-I form (Note: your existing TEWS code may need to be modified)." and restarting the environment and the Portal connector cleared this up. 


From the documentation this isn't supported for TEWS:

TEWS does not support the following Web Services Properties:
WSS Username Token
WS-I WSDL Format

Uncheck the Generate WSDL in WS-I form check box under Management Console > Environments > env_name > Advanced Settings > Web Services
