Unable to add "incoming webhook" app to a new Slack channel

Issue/Introduction

We are doing Slack and OI Integration.
Unable to add "incoming webhook" app to a new Slack channel. Every-time we try to add, it says "request already submitted"
We have created few Slack channels and installed "Incoming Webhooks" on those groups and got the webhook url from there and given in the respective Channels created on OI and its working end to end.
However, currently while trying to do the same for few more channels, we are not able to do so.
Everytime we are trying to add "incoming webhook" app to a new Slack channels, it says "request already submitted" and wait for the approval.

Resolution

We investigated this issue and it seems like this issue is on slack side. It is not an issue on OI side. Please contact your slack admin to address this issue.
