Issue/Introduction

After installing the Task Service to the Notification Server, it shows as "Pending installation".

Environment

Release: 8.5 RU4

Cause

The agent on the Notification Server was not connected to itself; but to another Notification Server.

Resolution

We connected the agent on the Notification Server to itself. The installation of the Task Service then completed.
