OC Metric view custom name will not save

Issue/Introduction

When in Metric views trying to create a new custom view, the view is presented with a default name.  If a user tries to create a new view with this default name or create a new name BUT someone else has already used that name, no user feedback is provided to indicate they need to choose another name.  Thus when the user is clicking the "Create" button nothing happens, no feedback, no indication of why nothing is happening.

The UIM 20.3.3 July patch has been released which contains a fix for this issue.

OC Metric Viewer - Provided the ability to use the same Metric view name if created by different users with Private visibility. Enhanced error messages when recreating the Metric Views with an existing name.

Important Note for Oracle users:

If your UIM backend database is Oracle (versions 12 or 19) you may experience this issue even when not using a duplicate name.

Attached to this KB is ump_operatorconsole_20.1.0-T11 which resolves this problem for Oracle users.
