Issue/Introduction
We are unable to retrieve documents from Ideas which were uploaded to custom attributes.
Environment
Release : 15.9.2
Component : CLARITY COLLABORATION (DOC & ACTION ITEMS)
Cause
This is Caused by the filestore missing files.
Resolution
We copied the missing files from a lower environment to PROD where the filestore is intact.
