Performance Test fails to start with "Bad Request: user has no permission to subscribe" error

Issue/Introduction

Performance Test fails to start with the following error:

Bad Request:
user has no permission to subscribe

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : BLAZEMETER PERFORMANCE TESTING

Cause

The test has a mail subscription list with 1 user who was designated as disabled.  Even though the "Send email to subscribers" option was disabled, the disabled user in the subscriber list causes the error.

Resolution

Two options available:

1.  Delete the disabled users from the email subscription list associated with the test

2.  Enable the user from the Settings->Account->Users as described in the Managing an Account article
