OWB open error: "Operation denied: AvailCurve cannot be set to null" when a resource has availability of 0

Issue/Introduction

When trying to open one project from Clarity to Open Workbench (OWB), receive the below error:

Unable to open project  <ID>. Operation denied: AvailCurve cannot be set to null

Environment

Release : All

Component : CLARITY OPEN WORKBENCH (OWB)

Cause

This can be due to an issue with the Resource Availability for one or more resources. 

Resolution

Check for any resources on the project who may have availability set to 0.

Enabling advanced scheduler logging may help in narrowing down the resource issue: Enable Schedule Connect logging for MSP / OWB troubleshooting
