Unable to connect via SAML SSO and Okta to Clarity

Issue/Introduction

You configured SSO SAML with Clarity and Okta but you are getting redirected to ErrorURL / Logout URL.

• Review the configuration steps in the following link from tech docs and make sure nothing is missed: Configuring Clarity to Support SAML 2.0
• Ensure the Attributes Statements (Optional) for login in Okta are added correctly:
  
• Those are Optional in Okta but Required for Clarity to connect Clarity uses the Attribute Statements to match to Clarity user. The Value must match the User ID.
