Issue/Introduction
When Right Clicking on a Client, it does not provide the option to switch from Computer mode to User Mode.

Resolution
Unmanaged Detector does not support User Mode Clients. You will need to disabled Unmanaged Detector before switching the system to User mode.
To disable Unmanaged Detector
- Select the group that contain the client you wish to switch to User Mode
- Right click on the Client
- Select Disable as Unmanaged Detector
