Issue/Introduction

Microsoft's Patch Tuesday updates are distributed into patch policies. Something is occasionally removing some policies that have been created and they are having to be recreated and republished. 

Environment

ITMS 8.5 RU4

Resolution

Seems to be caused by custom Shared Schedules that are intended to clean-up non-Microsoft updates.  Identified this by looking at the ItemDeleted table (170768), by looking at the "Check Software Update Package Integrity" tasks run schedules, and by looking at the Windows Task Scheduler run times.  Resolution was to disable the custom Shared Schedules temporarily while they rework them.
