Operator console dashboard is not loading

Issue/Introduction

The operator console dashboard is not loading. We are not able access it. Our operator console version is 9.0.2.

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - DASHBOARDS/DESIGNER

Cause

- Unknown

Resolution

- Upgraded to 20.3.3 and applied the July patch which resolved the issue.
