Issue/Introduction

Start a job that logs in using cyberark login and password retrieval, the connection fails:

 U00045195 The password request failed with the error message: 'CyberArk SDK request failed with the error message: APPAP100E Failed to connect the Provider to the Vault (Error: APPAP006E Failed to create Vault session from cred file <C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberArk\ApplicationPasswordProvider\Vault\AppProviderUser....'.

Resolution

Make sure you have letest version of Remote Agent running. If it is older versio, Upgrade the remote agent to new 13.4 version will resolve the issue.
