Order of Startup and Shutdown of Products CA-7 and Datacom/AD

Resolution

START in this order:

 

Start Datacom/AD     (Store and Access information, Relational Storage Repository)

Start CA-7 MUF     (Allocates the Database for CA-7)

Start ICOM     (Monitors the processing of Job activity through SMF produced)               

Start CA-11     (Automated Rerun and Tracking System for Jobs)

Start CA-7     (Job Scheduling / Workflow Automation)

Answer to the WTO’s for each Product Startup (Can be automated using OPS/MVS or other means if the WTO’s cause an issue for the Operators).

 

STOP in this order:

 

Stop CA-7

Stop CA-11

Stop ICOM

Stop CA-7 MUF

Stop Datacom/AD.

Answer to the WTO’s for each Product being Stopped (Can be automated using OPS/MVS or other means if the WTO’s cause an issue for the Operators).
