Resolution

Normally this message is issued when the Chorus TSF (Time Series Facility) is not available and CHORUSSTATG control option is set to ON to gather statistics. If your TSF is not available and you want to stop the TSFINIT 8 function failed and TSS9995I messages, you can turn off the CHORUSSTATG via the TSS command:

TSS MODI CHORUSSTATG(OFF)
