When viewing the details for a case there are fields missing. The missing field is a text field such as Description and Notes.

Please click the Show Fields button in the upper right. Check to see if the Text fields are selected like Description, Notes, Pre-Conditions, and so on. If any of them are not selected, select them and refresh the page. If they are still selected try selecting a different field that is currently unselected, and refresh the page. This should cause the page to update and display the missing fields.
