Cannot get sdgtw probe to connect to HP Service Manager

Issue/Introduction

We are looking to implement the sdgtw probe for incident creation in HP Service Manager.  However, after configuring all the relevant info, we cannot seem to get a successful connection when validating.

Cause

Resolution

Customer had to change the port, as the HP Service Manager admin found out the port was set up as a one-way SSL trust.  Once the port was changed to the correct port,

and the protocol was set to https they were able to validate the connection from the sdgtw probe to the HP Service Manager.
