Steps to reproduce the issue:
Log in into SDM as Analyst
Change your role to end user (Employee Interface)
Create an incident and see if you get Save Successful pop-up, like the one in the attached screenshot.
I get the pop-up, but other users don’t. On the same PC where I logged in as myself, I get the pop-up if I log into SDM as myself, but not if I log into SDM as another user. It’s the same in IE, Chrome and Edge Chromium.

The popup display is controlled by the contact table setting "Confirm Self-Service Save". The affected users did not have this setting enabled.
