Dx Spectrum : Can a debug be enabled only for some 2 to 3 sample devices ?

Issue/Introduction
Instead of enabling debug logs on complete setup for log_user_events in vnmrc, can it be enabled on few devices.
Environment
Release : 10.4.1
Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER
Resolution
Enabling log_user_events debug on some device is not possible, it will enable for the whole environment
