OC Metrics Default view - no line graph if set to 24 hours but in week/month duration is selectable

Issue/Introduction

Create default metrics view in OC, and then no graph lines are shown if you select 24 hours but data IS shown when the time frame is set to weeks or months.

Cause

- working as designed

Resolution

The issue of no lines visible in the graph for 1/12/24 hours is currently 'working as expected' and this issue should be resolved once Metric Viewer will include the option to choose the aggregation interval and then the user then can increase the aggregation interval to more than 15 minutes. This is an enhancement and  is part of feature F108879. This feature is due to be released with 20.4 GA Q4 FY2021.
