Issue/Introduction

The PREREQ for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2 as per below documentation

list some 8.x packages. (e.g. openldap-2.4.46-10.el8.i686.rpm).

This is very strange. Please verify, if this is really correct.

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Cause

This is a typo in the documentation

Resolution

Raised a new defect: DE61790 and currently under investigation by Engineering team

They would need to swap the dependencies of RHEL 8.1 & 7.2.

Here is the correct package name.

openldap-2.4.40-8.el7.i686.rpm

cyrus-sasl-lib-2.1.26-19.2.el7.i686.rpm

Currently, Team is working on this, will let you know once the doc is updated.
