Resolution

Applications Manager Agent 9.3.5 require shared library "libnsl.so.1" to be installed which is no longer available as part of the RHEL 8.x installation.so need to install library package "libnsl" separately to avoid this error.

To resolve this issue install the libnsl package explicitly using below command:

             $sudo dnf install libnsl*
