How to recreate IMADMIN

Issue/Introduction

In case, imadmin user is deleted

Environment

Vapp 14.2 or any

Cause

In the customer environment, by mistake, they have deleted the imadmin and admin user while deleting other users

Resolution

Steps to recreate IMADMIN user.

We can perform the below steps if we know any of the IM users and the password

=> First login to IM user console with known user and password.

=> Create a user "IMADMIN".

=> Now launch the management console

=> Go to Environments->select the Environment and click the System Manager option 

=> Now the type in IMADMIN in the box and click on Validate

=> Save the settings and then restart the Environment.

Now the IMADMIN will have all the permissions and should be able to login user console
