Smart/RESTART compatibility with z15 hardware

Issue/Introduction

Smart/RESTART 12.1.2. 
Requested for compatibility with IBM z15 hardware.

Resolution

RAI had upgraded to a z15 and the products (including Smart/RESTART) were tested on that hardware with no problems found.  
The RAI official position was that we always support the hardware and system/software versions that IBM currently supports.  
In the z15 case no special maintenance is required.
