When trying to download maintenance from CSM or use this tool, the following error occurs:

The credentials used are properly signing on to the Broadcom Support website.
They were also changed in CSM in the Settings, System Settings, Software Acquisition page and the apply at the bottom was pressed.

Change your password with another special character on the Broadcom Support website. Some of the special characters are not accepted by CSM, even the website says they are valid for the Broadcom Support website.
Some of the characters are the exclamation (!) and the dollar ($) sign.
