Using Filters when writing a client program that uses the Portfolio Management API.

Backround:

Filters can be imposed via the Asset Portfolio Management API.

Instructions:

If the client program sets the ArgisConnect AppUserName the API uses the AppUserName for the filter.

If the client program does not set the AppUserName, the API uses the loginid for the filter.

The Asset Portfolio Management API looks up the Contact and uses the Contact UUID in the view names created for filtering.
