When upgrading your DCS manager, you receive the following on-screen error:

During the upgrade process, windows will prompt for a reboot. Since this is during the upgrade process, the registry key is cleared.
Note that the installer program will not force a reboot and that you may skip this step and continue the upgrade process.
1. Reboot
2. Stop all 3 DCS manager services
3. Modify the InstallRoot registry string under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Symantec\Intrusion Security\Manager using regedit
4. Save registry changes
5. Navigate to [InstallDir]\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Data Center Security Server\Server\tools\wizard within an admin command prompt window
6. run serverConfigWizard.bat -upgrade to continue your upgrade
