Issue/Introduction

When trying to change password through SSO on API Gateway user may get the following error

Gateway Error::

WARNING 9410 com.ca.siteminder.SiteMinderLowLevelAgent: Failed to change user password: [facility=4 severity=3 reason=0 status=77 message=User account is not in enabled state.]

Resolution

This is currently known defect which can be addressed with an SSO Policy Server Hotfix provided by CA APIM Support.  This will also be formally fixed with SP06 for the SSO Policy Server

Please open a case with Support if you have this issue or apply SP06 to your SSO Policy Server if available
