"SQLCODE = -161" error during check in to CA Gen HE

Issue/Introduction

When attempt to check in a subset from Gen Toolset to Host Encyclopedia receive below error for all models:

DSNT408I SQLCODE = -161, ERROR:  THE INSERT OR UPDATE IS NOT ALLOWED BECAUSE A   RESULTING ROW DOES NOT SATISFY THE VIEW DEFINITION

Resolution

DB2 APAR  PH32375  will fix the problem.  

Alternative workaround:
Use option 1.3.12.4 to disable object history for each model. Need to disable both Object change history and Object migrate history (the latter will prevent a similar problem during Version Control Migrations). Disabling the object history will prevent the attempted insert into the view HOBJ_CHANGE_ACTV.
