Incorrect Disk Size

Issue/Introduction

The size of the Disk is 1.5TB but it is showing 2TB.

The Disk threshold is not configured accurately because of Incorrect Disk size which it is showing which may impact the Auto Incident of the Disk,

The size of the Disk is 1.5TB for G but it is showing 2TB.Its a Cluster Drive.

 

Environment

UIM 20.3.3

CDM 6.60 HF2
Cluster 3.70 HF4

Resolution

CDM 6.60-T3 works correctly.

The next GA release of icmp will have the fix included. 

Follow the below step:-

== Upgrade the probe from 6.60 to 6.60-T3

== Go to the folder *\Temp\2\util where infrastructure Manager is present.

== Delete all the file-related conf_cdm* from the above folder.

== Open the UI probe it should work
