Issue/Introduction

The hold action for a Db2 PTF says to recompile the following SMF related modules:
QXSTEHLST, QXSTHVLST, QXSTMLSRT and QXRFMIA.

Which modules, if any are being used by Database Management Solutions for DB2?
Will they need recompiling after the Db2 PTF is applied?

Timing: Exploitation

Any application using the DSECT assembler portion of DSNDQXST should be recompiled.
Impacted applications are those that user the four fields after the first available space that was commented out as as their offsets were incorrect.
Recompile with this updated module to obtain the correct offsets for QXSTEHLST, QXSTHVLDT, QXSTMLSRT and QXRFMIAP.
Applications using this are typically monitoring tools, home grown or vender provided tools.
