Can read users release quarantine messages

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible for read users to release quarantine messages.

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

As per product design

Resolution

It is not possible for a read user to release quarantine messages and this is as per the product design.

Without giving the privilege " M "  to a user, the user cannot release any quarantine messages.  

Below is the example of a user without having " M "  privilege, where user receives below error message when clicked.

U00004506 Access violation: User: '&02' Object: ' AUTOMIC#WP007' Access: '&03' Reason: No right found in authorization group '&04'.
U00004519 Access violation details: Used filter: ' SERV/AUTOMIC#WP007' .
