Did the SUBMIT job notify change location in Endevor 18.1

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to Endevor 18.1 and installing maintenance it was noticed that when a job gets submitted the location of the "Submitted" notify has changed as well as the messaging. 

In 18.0.12 it looked like this:

When submitting  a batch job with 18.1 that has all the maintenance applied, it looks like this: 

BATCH ------------------------ Batch Options Menu ---- testjob1(nnnnnnn) SUB'D
OPTION  ===>                                                                   
                                                                               
   1  BUILD SCL - Build batch SCL actions                                      
   2  EDIT      - Edit request data set      

Is this the expected behavior?                                  

Environment

Release : 18.1

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager

Resolution

Endevor PTFS SO14704 & SO14705  - QUICK EDIT User Extension Point Feature abd SO11288 - QUICK EDIT BATCH ACTION FEATURE introducd changes to panels and messaging.   As a result the Job Submitted message and the location of the message has changed.

There is no way to revert to previous behavior.
